If I get Insurance on MY car, and my son drives it sometimes, if he has a wrek in it with him not being on the tactics, will my insurance cover the damages?
As extensive as you give him permission. If he is in an accident, insurance company will make you add or exclude him from the policy.
Drift you are only paying for the driver rated in the house and not for your son. The rate will go up once he is on the policy but won't be as heinous if he is an occasional driver.
I would just add him to the policy and pay for him to drive the vehicle for "fulfilment".
You insure the vehicle and it would be cover 100%.

son has brought car and sweeping insurance required by bank. Insurance over $4,000 can we as parents buy insurance to cover car and nominate son as second-hand driver.Australian answers only please
You can insure it under your name and put him as the driver.It all depends on wich bank/structure society your with and who the insurance is through.But i did mine through newcastle permanent and my dad went on the insurance with me.

lets say i call in the morning at 7am and he wants to get-up-and-go after i finish the phone call, is he covered with the insurance?
If you call to add him as a driver to your action, he is covered as soon as you give your agent all of his information - name, date of birth, empower #, the car he drives, etc. If he is getting his own car in his name, he has to go to the insurance agency & sign the application & be gone a premium deposit before he is covered. The best person to ask this of is your insurance agent.

Hit another channel with a family of 5. ( They also have no car insurance) No drunk driving. Son has no job and is married with 3 children. No riches in bank. ( Lost his job. Job went to China) No home. ( They rent) They are on profit. His wife is not working. Her job went to Mexico. So who pays for the 300,000 dollar medical bills? The sickbay wants money. They have none.
seems like your son will be sued, and a understanding will be entered that will follow him for the rest of his days. He will be better off staying on advantage, or filing for bankruptcy when the judgement comes down against him.

I have a 17 year old son, his dad has bought him a transaction, which is in his name and paying insurance on it. why do i have to have him listed on my insurance policy just because he lives with me, and doesnt even initiative my car?
if your son is a licensed driver and lives in your prostitution then he has to be listed on your policy. Now if your son never ever drives your car you can have him exempted from you policy. You would need to cue a form from your insurance and he will be excluded for the life of the policy. So if he drives your car and gets in calamity there will be no coverage. hope this helps

My son even-handed turned 16, and I have been researching insurance cost for him. My fiance drives a society car, and his own personal truck just sits in the driveway. It would be much cheaper adding my son to his wares (84.00) as an occasional driver versus putting him on mine (154.00) as an accessory driver. My car is considered a class C vehicle (Landrover) which is why it would be more expensive. Does anybody discern if insurance companies would allow this, being that we are not married yet? Thanks!!
Do you all loaded in the same household? If not, this could be a problem. If your living in the same household and sharing vehicles, have you ask your carriers if you can all be listed under the same protocol? It might be cheaper for everyone.
I question if your son is less expensive under your fiance's policy because that carrier offers further rates. Liability rates are based on the driver, not the vehicle. I'm betting this is where most of the price falls... as adding another driver to the same (1) vehicle should not multiply comp/coll coverage very much... only one person can be driving it so the 1st soir risk is about the same.

my son was driving his freinds car who has no insurance. another car hit the car my son was driving, the ball called my home wanting money. even though the accident was so minor that the police officers department have no report on it. and she told me shad had a copy of this fantom statement, unsure how to handle, pay her? dont pay her?
DON"T PAY ANYTHING until you are bewitched to court and told to do so by a judge! If there is no report there was no accident, that's how a judge is succeeding to look at it. Ask her to see the report if you want, but you aren't obligated to do anything. You might consider dispiriting to get to the bottom with your son to be sure you have the whole story. Good luck
