Ladies Car Insurance, Is It Legal.....? |

chasten me if i'm wrong, but if a company provides car insurance for ladies only , is this not sexual discrimination. If these companies provided insurance for men only or christians only or Muslims only there would be vex. What annoys me most is that i am 24 have been driving for 7 years (since i was 17). I have never had an accident or a command. My better half is 22 been driving for 3 years and has had 1 claim. She gets our car insured £500 cheaper than me. Why?????
 Statistically men are more hare-brained calculate and dangerous drivers.
But of course in practice, I see many more incidents of women being hook oblivious to their surroundings and causing accidents.
If it makes you feel outstrip, this isn' really so much an outright discrimination issue than a ploy to rape people of wealthy.
Hell, do you really think you can justify having to pay 30% more of a prize simply because your car is red?

Concoct I asked the question wrong first time round. How much does it get on top of your originally policy
If you are not charging them, then you are moral giving them a lift and not plying for hire, so there should not be any excess on your insurance.
I regularly pick up villagers and take them into village, to save them waiting for the bus and sometimes have arranged a time when I will be returning to drop them back composed.
I get some lovely home made jams and chutneys from them.

if you don't agree please explain why there isn't a "Mens Only" insurer for fussy male drivers to redress the balance.

That is unqualifiedly sexist. If there was a car insurance for "males only" feminists all over the world would start a rioting. It is things like this that could start a whole new civil rights movement.
As a female, I find it in full unfair to males everywhere... a complete injustice

What Should I Do About My Car Insurance Company? |

My car was in an addition and my boyfriend was the driver ..there were no injuries only damage to both cars and nobody was cited for the mistake.Anyways, He was not on my insurance and we live together. I had given my insurance company and the other insurance company a statement over the phone and today, about a month later, I get a scholarship precisely saying I owe his insurance about$3700.00. I called the insurance company and they said that MY insurance person said that they dropped my title because I was "un-cooperative with their investigation" I have not heard from my insurance lady since the asseveration! I can see not covering it because he was not on my insurance but how am I being uncooperative? I was just curious if anyone has heard of this. The insurance guy for the other driver reflection it sounded strange to him.
He usually does not drive my car but it was 4:30 in the morning and our mollycoddle was running a fever so he went to get medicine. his truck had a flat. He was hit by a driver who ran a cheerful but the cop could not prove who was at fault. My van is only worth about $800.00 so I did not have it fixed .....yet!!!
Send your insurance fellowship a certified letter, return receipt requested, demanding that they show basis why they should deny coverage. If they don't shape up, it's off to small claims court.

How To Improve A Car Insurance Company's Offer? |

Someone hits my car while I parked on the suiting someone to a T, the lady hits 2 cars. My car value is 11,000 (my car is one way) and the other car value is 2,000. The lady's insurance only incorporate up to 10,000. So I only can get 84% of the 10,000 (so i got $8461)
How I ask for more money?
I cannot claim my own insurance, b/c insurance only cover if i hit someone's car.
No occupy on my car.
If you haven't accepted (cashed the check up on) and you can demonstrate to their satisfaction that the value of your car is $11,000, you should be able to at least get the full $10,000. It's preferably than $8400 and easier than suing. If she was only carrying low, mimimum $10,000 disadvantage limit and you did sue her and win, would she even be able to pay the judgement? Doesn't sound like she has intent pockets.
If you accepted the check, and signed a settlement agreement w/ the insurance transmitter, you really can't do anything except sue her personally.

I contemplation it was just me!! They always quote more than most other insurer's for me too.
